Help with my first mod

Ok, I'm making a mod where its focused on easier building, so to make it better i need a few things.

1. The objects mysteriously disappear if you look at the and spawn somthing on them. This can also be seen with people overloading certain objects on maps, IE the collapsible bridge on zanzibar. I need a way to prevent this from happening.

2. Not necessary but very useful, i need the tag(s) for the gravity gun, i remember someone used the sentinel gun to lift, pull, and push objects on coagulation.

If anyone helps me with this mod i will credit you fully!

i belive that the gravity gun map is locked so no u cant have it... and the reason things dissapear is cuz you have too many and they are overloading

hamster I thought bloc building was the way to go too and I'd spend ages lining things up only for it to dissapear or be taking the same space what you should use is Machs they dont move and they can be built in to each other

The objective of my mod is so people can build things IE castles forts. It could be used for spelling things out etc. And that's ok with the gravity gun, it just would have been kinda cool. :)

that looks pretty cool, but mine uses more weapons, that spawn different items, and , is there any way at all i could stop the over-loading, or make the limit higher or something?

Oh and by the way where is the program that applies sppf's?

Turk made a snazzy mod for Ascension in which he could rapidly shoot the antennae from a magnum and make bridges and platforms out of them. Search the downloads section. He also made a funny video.

I believe he gave the antennae some health so that they could be "deleted" if the game became glitchy.

I don't know what kind of overflow leads to freezing from excessive bloc spawning, or if it can be compensated for. Try nulling the material effects ([foot]) of the blocs.

Well to show you guys what i made. here is the first version of my mod, i made it a while ago but just now recovered it(buried in my xbox). Any ways, the needler fires fusion coils, the plasma pistol single fire shoots normal boxes, the plasma pistol charged fires large boxes, the human sniper shoots buses the covie sniper shoots those large gold edged boxes, and the magnum shoots those palletes. And as an added bonus I changed the specters hitting force so it can move the boxes VERY well. It's too new (and im too lazy) to take screenshots, sorry. :roll:
