Fixing the Pelican perfectly?

There must be a way to get the pelican not to flip on the bsp. I downloaded someones almost fixed but I want to finish it up. I want to make it so it wont flip ever on the bsp or w/e. If all the other vehicles have something can I just borrow w/e the other vehicles have to make them not flip in place of the goofy spherical w/e they put in for collision?
Also how would I go about make it say flip pelican etc. instead of the flip banshee as they have made it? I want this thing to be all pelican. I want to do the same for the phantom. I am trying to compile a library of .info files for use in maps. I don't want to jack around with this crap each time I want to put something in. I want it perfect. Any takers for helping me with this? If there is a tutorial I sure cant find it. I been using the SEARCH button and just cant find any completed versions of the pelican or phantom.

Maybe someone could possibly build an app to make vehicles have the bsp collision that matches the same visual model that is present. Or compare what is in one vehicle to another so we may solve this elusive answer of what makes the pelican and phantoms bsp collision so crappy.
