BSP Extraction

Is there a way to extract BSPs so that they can be imported into 3DS Max? I'm making an on-rails shooter for a college project, and my modelling skills aren't too great, so I've been using the models from Halo 2. I know the BSPs can be extracted, but can they be imported into 3DS Max?
