Ok the map loads on my xbox but the bsp viewer won't open it, in entity 1.3.9 and entity 1.6 UE.

BTW this has never happened with any other bsp before, just this one, wtf?

The error is when ever I try to view the bsp,

Unhandled bla bla bla...

Index was outside the bounds of the array.

That has happened to me when I nulled the BSP in DarkMatter, and possibly when I tried to build in a BSP from another map and switch to it.

It might have also happened when I flattened parts of the collision.obj.

Have you done anything strange to the BSP or collision.obj?

Nope...All I did was a sp to mp switch.

This happened to me when using Pro Map Tools to open H2Core. I don't know if this is because that I have Windows Vista or what. If you're not opening H2Core directly, try doing so. Good luck!
