A sbsp Question, I feel like a noob.

Alright, I know this may sound a bit pathetic to ask lol, but I am trying to use Detox's Weather tool, to simply add weather to my map, and I don't want to use h2c or h2g because they lag like hell. I need to open a bsp file in His weather tool, and it says, "Entity sbsp file", I'm assuming thats a .sbsp extension? When I export a bsp from my maps in entity 1.6 UE they come out as .info.....So how do I get them as sbsp so I can simply use his tool to add some snow to my map lol.
