why does?

why does h2c like have so many errors? mine is a piece of crap i hasn't been able to use it because it doesn't work. iv heard from a friend that a site has it but isn't too willing to let it go so does any one know where i can get a working h2c lol and if not can someone elaborate on why it doesn't work
