flood infection creatures

i need to find out how to put creature flood infections in to the tank in foundation. i know how to put them into the map but i still need to find the effet or particle(by the way does any one know what the particle or efect it is?) then null it and put the infections in. so how do i get the flood infections to stay in the tank and stuff?
