Where if it is in halo 2 do i find the rain weather.

There is some on Warlock, Backwash, DeltaCliffs, and also DeltaControl. Those maps all contain some sort of rain. Now, depending on which type of rain you desire...it's entirely up to you. If you want like a storming downpour, i'd go with the DeltaControl rain. It's my personal favorite.
