99% of the time, the scenery depends on the bsp (that it came from) to give it collision. So, you will have to swap a mach's hlmt for the scenery and then spawn it through an itmc.

Also, I pointed this out in my other post in your other thread...TRY before posting...How will you learn by having everyone tell you what to do? You need to actually do some things for yourself, we would be absolutley nowhere if every modder just waited for someone else to write up a tutorial and tell them how to mod...Sometimes you need to take the extra step yourself. Why am I saying this? You said yourself "mabe if i spawned as itmc of somethihn", well TRY that before posting next time.
