Yes with Projectile Color Tool or something like that. You cand find it in App packs, I know for one thing that its in UMPv4 and probably even v5, and I'l almost positive its in Pro Map Tools.

The UMP AIOs are hosted off-site (not to mention they're loaded with cheating crap
), with the exception of
v3.0, which I don't think has what you're looking for.
