I Just started using entity a lot more and sometimes i get a message saying there is a broken ident or it goes through a list of them when i hit "fix system link". What does this mean and how can it be fixed or prevented?

Don't click fix system link with improper maps. (Maps you've used in Dothalo, Insolence, and mostly all the other old tools.)

I have fixed the system link with broken idents and it turned out fine. Sometimes it totally corrupts the map if you utterly break it. If you want to fix it you must redo the map but make sure you don't mess things up, or continue on. If in the end you can successfully get to the "Done" message it should be fine.
