Biped Addons

Is it possible to add extra's to a bipeds appearance? For example making a small bloc/mach always be attached into a certain place?

poopface u prolly could but it would lag sooooooo much and btw it would we be so awsome to add a laser to your right or left shoulder that acts like a spartan laser
