Halo2 modding/hacking class 101

Post by Alex201 »

Okay, many people are needing help modding/hacking halo2. So, here's what I was thinking about doing-

I will be creating a modding/hacking site with virtually any tutorial on halo2. However, I want minimal ads and pop-ups without having to pay a penny. I want it for free. So, if anyone could send me a link to a free domain hosting site, much would be appreciated. As most can imagine, running a site is a lot of hard work. Therefore, I need moderators and other members from this site and others to help me run it. If you are interested, and have a vast amount of modding knowledge, please request below. Also, I would like to use a vast number of tutorials off of this site. I will give credit.

Well yahoo Geocities doesn't have any popups and It's free. the only problems though is you need a yahoo email address, it only has 15mb of storage, and it has one ad, although you can "minimize" it. it pretty much sux :P . But if you host your files somewhere else, you can still have it on your page via html.
It's enough to get me by for my web site which is in my sig, so you can have an example. It also has an amazing web editor for your site so you can arrange things how you like.
Sig over file size limit.

sounds like a great idea, I think a really good way would be to use freewebs for the main site, and use a free forum site to host forums, which with the forums you can use to post the tutorials and also have discussion and requests for tutorials

here is a free ipb site
