HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Does any one know how to edit the mainmenu not of he maps but like all the menus. So instead when u start halo 2 up it could say:DarkxShadow or something.Please help.Thanks.

Hey, I saw your post and saw that nobody answered so i decided to help you out. First, you have to get a Hex editor(I use Hex Workshop). Then open up your map and hit "ctrl" and "f" and a search should pop up. Type in "Press Start to continue" and hit "Enter". Click on the results in the bottom right pane. Then at the top right pane you should see the words that you typed in. You can modify as you like but don't type more letters than there was origionally or else the text will turn red. Save fix Encriptioon FTP and look at your cool menu. Good Luck!!!

Or you could edit the bitmap of the Halo 2 logo
