Why can't I skin my bipeds? Why won't my AI move?

1:Every time I skin a biped, I will play the game and my skin won't be there.
Then I go back to check the bitmap, and its got my skin on it! Why can't my skins stay?

2: These skins are for my AI, but my AI won't run around and shoot me, they just stand around all stupid and what not. If someone can help, please do.

1. did you clear your cache?

2. Did you shoot it out of a gun or use ITMC? They wont have AI when you do that. They NEED to be spawned through the AI Squads. Except Flood Infection Forms.

1. The bitmaps are probably external. Did you Internalize them? If not then you should probably do that then skin them.

2. Make sure you spawn through the AI Squads like Dojorkan said.

Thanks for the skinning tip.

And yes, I did spawn my AI through a squad. Or so I believe.
No ITCM spawning or anything like that.
