annoying bitmap effect

there is this one little bitmap that i have been currently trying to get in the needler's firing effe tag. i have gotten nearly everything exept this one thing below, and i can't find it, the color values for it, and i want to at least destroy it or something. here are some pics. plz help

Try in the bitmaps. effects\bitmaps\energy\flash_c_generic_muzzle.

[saying this in a nice way, not flaming you, ok?] effects are colored in the effe tag, not the bitmap itself. it's so the game can save room and have less lag looking for more bitmap, and less room in the game. i can't find it in the bitmap tag. you try coloring all the bitmaps in the firing effects of the needler with turk's custom effects tutorial
