Okay, so I'm on Vista, and I want to extract/inject sounds. I got the XBADPCM codec from Xbins and extracted a sound from Ch2r and it played fine. However, Ch2r seems to be really glitchy and hard to use on Vista (the menu on the left gets screwed up), so I extracted it with ADI this time, and I tried to play it, and all of a sudden, it says I don't have the codec. Does anybody know what's happening? Do you need a different codec to use with ADI?
Thank you for your time.

Well, I found out something else: The files exported from Ch2r were exported on XP, then moved to a Vista computer. I just tried exporting from Ch2r on my Vista PC and it had the codec error when I played it.
Now that I remember, when I installed the codec, I couldn't find it in the device manager, so I didn't get the chance to change its priority. I did find it on the XP PC though, so that must be why it worked on there.
So if anyone knows how to get audio codecs to show up in the device manager in Vista, please reply.
