Visual Scenery?

IS there a way to get the BSP Visual Scenery to spawn in another place than its original supposed to spawn, I do move it using Prey's visual scenery mover and when I load the map (SinglePlayer BSP) the scenery does not load in the part of the map where I placed it, I did however notice that if i move to around where it was originally placed at it does spawn to where I moved it to.
The question is: Is there a way to have it spawn where I want it to when I'm at the locale and not only show up when I'm at the part of the BSP where it is normally located?

I'm not sure on why you can't see it after you move it but for future reference (if you didn't know already), the bsp scenery loses it's collision because none of the current utilities recalculate it. So even if you move it, you won't be able to say jump on it. You will pass right through it.

Yea that app just lets you re-position the scenery, it doesn't re-calculate the collision, which i think is the problem. As of yet, we have nothing to calculate the coll... unless h2v counts >_>
