HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

On my dune.map I followed the "adding new 'things' to a map" tutorial correctly (i know 'cuz I've used it before)

I had injected the Covenant Tower Gun(-vehi-) from Single-Player and I made 8 of them from cloned chunks of a duplicated rocket launcher.

I positioned them how I wanted in the Entity BSP viewer.

Then I went to the Covenant Tower Gun -weap- tag and made the gun shoot automatically.

I resigned and FTP'd

I get a black screen when I load the map

What is wrong with this?

The black screen means the game froze. It's like when you have had troubles of say shooting something and the game froze. Since the game freezes everytime you load the map it means that something is messed up. It sounds like you did quite a bit without testing in between.

...did u add it to the main menu or did u replace the one from the tdata folder?
