How do I put gamesaves on my xbox?

Title says it all. I have the gamesave, I have FTP access, I don't know what to do from there. And I searched for a good 10 minutes and found nothing useful.
well its good that you explained what it was that you needed help with in your title, I hate when people just say "HELP!!!!" I find it annoying and don't help them even though I can :p
well anyways, The games saves are in the UDATA folder
so its something liek this
E:\UDATA\4D530064\...
each game save has its own folder
