ok heres the thing, i skinned the plasma grenade using photoshop and replaced the plasma grenade bitmap with the one i skinned. I resign, FTP the map to my system, and play the map. When i got into the map i looked at the plasma grenade. It wasnt skinned. Plz help me

You need to internalize the bitmap, because it isn't "inside the map". Use this tool and click on the plasma grenade bitmap. The tool Then just re-apply your skin, if it is not already applied, and it will show up.
