main menu skinning

i just cannot find these textures as shown below on the mainmenu . can someone tell me where they are as bitmaps?!?!?!?!

Just open the mainmenu.map in DotHalo and extract all of the bitmaps that have the words "ui" in them, they should all be there.

#1 dothalo doesn't extract second chunks properly, which some do

#2. some are in A8R8G8B8 format and cannot be looked at properly in the viewer and editer for it, so i don't know what im editing

those words arnt bitmaps there text that u can edit, with a hex editor

open hex workshop and click ctrl+f then type the word
and itll search and find it, when it does change it but warning u have to use the same exact number of characters like if the word is "hey" = 3 characters then u have to do sumthing like "bye" = 3 charcters also

Use CH2R for the bitmaps, and blu for the words. Search to find these.

i know how to extract and inject nearly any bitmap mainly, its just that i can't find which one it is. by the way, the thing on the left of ch2r is messed up since i have vista, so i can't see the search button, its allllll black

so don't search. If you MUST then bloody well experiment. It may appear differently on your computer than in-game. Extract the bitmaps; change a few and see what changes when you play the Main Menu
