Im going to need some experience for this one...

When I did my SP>MP, for some reason, all covenant weapons are invisible. You can see their muzzle flash, however, and shoot them. Well...aside of the sword...but anyways, do you know what is causing these problems? If you do, please share.

The FP models for those weapons is missing. Go to that weapon and refference the correct jmad and model.

Now assuming you were trying to say be a little more specific, Open entity, click WEAP tag, right click on the area on the right, click view idents, and change ur Models...

Go to the weapon that is missing a FP model. Switch to idents.
There should be two jmad chunks and two model chunks. The models should be the same, but if there's one jmad that is MC, for example, the other one will be for the elite, and vice versa.
