Pc maps to xbox?

ya i know this was done for halo when the halo ce maps came out there were transferes from halo pc to halo xbox i was just wondering if it was possible to do this with halo 2 and halo 2 vista? because if we had thos mp maps to mod for xbox id be in heaven because iv played them at a friends house and there amazing at least i thought so
