Entity Meta Editor

Ok, I'm kind of a noob at entity and I was wondering how you access the meta editor? I downloaded the little plugin things and put them in the folder with entity, but I don't know how to access it. Please someone tell me how to access it or tell me if I did something wrong or I have no idea what I'm doing. Thanks.
