need help with dead bipd

is there a way to make dead bipd have full collision, like when you drive over them with a warthog the warthog hits them rather then going trough them. Plus I thought it would add some realism to the game as well.
also how can I make the dead bipd's not disappear, and make the blood not disappear.

follow the scenery full collision that might work
and spawn them trought the item collecion tag

I mean when you die your body doesn't disappear and it has full collision

After awhile it would start lagging but idk about collsin it would be hard

maybe I should make the dead bipd's not disappear as fast, how could I do that.
