Back in '05 I remember having a modding tools pack. It contained awesome applications (Machinima, Serenity, EnrcypSig, SPPF, Etc), probably around 20 of them, for different uses. I can't get the publishers name off the top of my head.

So, can anyone point me in the right direction for this modding package?

they are probably out-dated in the utilityes section all the sticky ones are basicly all the ones you ever need *i think* if not just look thrugh random pages of the utilityes section
