Dark Matter Help

I'm having a bit of a problem using Dark Matter to Export Models onto my computer
I get this error message almost EVERY time I just clock on a Model in Dark Matter
Could it be because I have Windows Vista? *sigh*

Try using Entity to export models, although I'm not sure that Entity fully works on vista. Its worth a try.

darkmatter doesnt work for me, and i have vista, but entity does, but now with the grunt apparently

the same thing happens with entity T_T(i clicked on the ghost model)

The same thing happens to me in both programs too, i would like to know how to fix this problem as well....
