1. so far all iv found for changing the water level, a la Zanzibar, has been a patch, no tut on how i can do it myself
2. Adding rain
3. Semi auto primary trigger, and fully auto secondary trigger for the battle rifle
4. Underglow for warthog
5. Changing weapon contrail color so that when i change the needle color to orange, the contrail wont remain purple
if anyone could post a link to ANY of these topics, i would be forever greatful...haha

1. Go to the sbsp tag and find the water level box you might have to show unknowns.Up it for more water down it for less. Don't go -1. I don't know what will happen.
2.1. Open the map with the weather
2. Find the sbsp with the weather and decompile recursively.
3. Decompile the map you want to add to.
4. Open H2G and find the sbsp the weather came from.
5. Copy weather palette chunk
6. Open sbsp without weather
7. Find the weather palette chunk - hit new then insert and then delete the 2nd chunk.
8. Find the clusters(visual clusters) and in each chunk is an index to the weather palette set to -1. since we only have 1 chunk in our palette. we would reference 0.
3. I don't like triggers...
4.
here
5.
This app. You might have to change a few chunks of the contrail but that app can do it. Save after editing each chunk.

No offense, but LOL.
You downloaded the source. Those are Visual Studio 2005 Solution files, they need to be opened with Visual Studio 2005. Go back to Vicis and download the other one.
