Speeding up warthog?

Post by f3nd3r »

Hey guys,

Sorry if this has already been asked but i searched and couldn't see anything about it. Basically i want to speed up the Warthog so its quite fast but whenever i do, it loses control and goes a bit crazy, flips around etc.

I tried playing with the values beside speed but just cant get it to stay firmly on the ground.

Can anyone help me with this? I'd appreciate it.

Someone was making a tutorial on proper Warthog editing. Not made yet, though.

i have a modded hog on coag, when u do the speed mods, make sure u set craziness and traction to 1. That ensures that the hog can lose but yet gain bk control, if u wanna hog that drifts, set the traction to like 0.33 or something, if u want specfic values, ill open mine up and take a screenshot for ya. 8)

I riased the Top Speed so it would move faster of course, but i also cut the weight down to 1000, so it had more get up and go, o btw, this hog will literally drive reverse on one wheel. :D
