So can someone tell me how to inject a new model for the banshee, say, maybe, an X-wing?

Or maybe I can just use the longsword from sp?

I would start by just using the longsword seeing as making an x-wing would require alot more effort and knowledge, and I noticed you joined at the begginning of the month, I would simply switch the banshee's hlmt with the longswords, I'm sure if you search you can find a few tutorials

swap the html of the banshee gun (under weapon) for the longsword. then go to the banshee's mode tag and null out the shaders of each of the mode tags for the banshee

i think its in the hlmt tag in the mainmenu

why the banshee gun?

because if you swap the banshee's hlmt for the longsword hlmt, you wont be able to enter it. but if you null out the shaders of the banshee in the mode tag, the banshee will be invisible. you then give the banshee gun the longsword hlmt so all you will see is the long sword.

i cant seem to find a hmlt tag for the banshee gun...or even in the whole hmlt section. Can somebody help me out, its the last thing im doin for my mod, so asap would be nice.

it doesnt have 1, its just a nulled dependancy

I cant find that damn longsword tag. I looked in Mainmenu, saw it there, someguy said thats why my xbox froze. Its not in the spacestation SP map. Im ganna go through all the sp maps and try and find it. Hopefully sombody will post it before i go through all of em

gettin mad, i still cant get it to work. Tell me what im doing wrong. I open Coagulation and Introduction in Entity. I goto the Hlmt tag on Introduction, then find longsword. I drag and drop the longsword tag into Coag. I then close enity, and open dot halo. I replace the Banshee Gun with the Brute Plasma Rifle. I then Change the Brute Plasma Rifes HLMT tag to the long sword. Finally i got the banshee's mode tag, and null out all the shaders. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!?!! Everytime i do it i get the Black Screen of Death.

you dont need to change the weap but i dont think that would cause black screen

well i thought i had to considering theres not HLMT tag for the banshee gun.:-\

if you look in entity theres a null dependancy for it

still gettin a black screen, can u make a tut w/ pics or a video, because its really not workin. or even make me a patch for coag with it. I would dearly love anybody if they did that
