Is there a limit to the size of the intro_60.bik file?

I tried to use a part of the CG Halo 3 trailer for the intro but it when I start the game, it just goes to that lame loading screen. The file is like 45 MB. My previous custom intro was like 10 MB and it worked. So is there like a limit or something?

I know that for a fact that if it seems to be over 20 mbs, it will just load the Halo 2 as if there wasn't any intro_60.bik. I turned 30 seconds of a GWAR video into my bik file, it was close to 20, but I got it to work.

Yeah. I do not know the max size (it's probably in the default.xbe somewhere), but keeping the intro's under 30 megs is usually the best.
I know that a 29.6 MB worked, and a 60 MB didn't. So...

what kind of program could edit a bink file, and put something over the sound and pictures in it? because i heard if your bink video isnt working, its because you need to ovverwrite the original
