Am i only the only 1 who cant mod these maps? I just thought id check to see if we can mod them or if bungie took extra precautions to prevent it, but whenever i mod them, i fail to load (yes i am signing etc etc) i even tried several different resigners, they do open in every app so does anyone know any more about this??

And just to make this clear, i have 2 xbox's, im not modding them on live, if i was i would go to another forum =p

Add them to your mainmenu and then resign.. or just use cmr if your leaving them in tdata ..and can people stop stating their not using the mods on xbl, we expect you not to so no need to tell us..

I stated it because theres a lot of paranoia about here.. and i did use CMR, left it in its current location and its failing, i used that method for my other DLC maps, and my friends said they had the same problem

Thats because cmr is not programmed with the new signatures.. just ADD IT TO THE MAINMENU.

Guys, enough with the TDATA modding talk.

If you want to mod the DLC maps, add them to your mainmenu; NOT in the TDATA folder.

Keep talking about it and I will take action.

So If we add them to the main menu you don't have to sign them? -.- Btw this has nothing to do with tdata and i didn't even saying anything about it.. yea...

If you add them to the mainmenu, you do not have to worry about their encryption matching that required by the AutoUpdate.

Meaning you can sign them with DotHalo, and everything will be hunky dorry.

Well, you will need to sign them by opening the map in Entity, Dothalo, ADI, etc... and clicking the resign button. Or, you can use Yelo to 'bypass the map checksum' and never have to resign a map again.
