HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

When I go to Mod Gemini it seems like no matter what I do the map fails. If i load gemini without any mods it works fine but if i change the slightest thing like what the plasma pistol shoots out it wont load. Also does anyone know how to shoot out the doors from gemini?

change the proj to a mach, then the door. and are you forgetting to fix encrytption bfore putting on xbox?

nah im fixing the encryption everytime and when i try to replace the proj with a mach in any other level it doesnt work

hummmmmmm, since u just joined today im guessing these maps are in the TDATA folder?

what he is trying to say is that we have rules and we can not disscuse of modding maps in the TDATA folder
i know this site has mods for it but we added them to the main menu by getting the game in the hdd

TALKING is not illegal, unless you giving out copyrighted info in talk form. tuts and questions are not illegal, so why against the rules? i shouldnt think so!

If I gave you tips on how to kill someone stealthily and how to cover up the evidence, and make it look like someone else did it, some would call that illegal.

To mod a DLC map, copy it to your Halo2's map folder and add it to the mainmenu. There's plenty of tutorials.

i know all about the the live maps (TDATA) i dont have them in my games folder though i used to be able to mod them without moving them but i guess ill try what you suggest thanks
I cant find the Tutorial on putting the new maps into the gmaes folder can you point me in the right direction. And i'm not using this knowledge to cheat i have a fully modded xbox with an already expired xbox live account theres no way im going on live to cheat.

You have to add halo 2 to your HDD. Pretty much just put halo 2 into your disk drive then FTP and copy all of the stuff in your D: drive to a folder you made in your E: drive called games.
