hey, cmon! im trying to learn, and my parents are going to get me some help, or classes, on making programs. IM ONLY 14 CMON, YOU EXPECT EVERYHING FROM ME?!?!?

Whoa, chill out there guys. Dootuz, that was kind of rude. The other two, you guys are just spamming.
I believe Prey is making a program currently that extracts and injects all types of bitmap formats from halo 2. So just sit tight and be patient.

I learned to program at 12.
Also you don't need your parents to pay for all that. Download sources, and learn from them, and google problems you have... It helps.
If you mean A8R8B8G8, those are skinable. If you mean that other things... I beleive those are too...
Just use Entity UE.

how the heck do i use UE entity 1.6 to help me skin?!?!? besides injecting and extracting bitmaps. and plus, i already have it

You can use either Adobe Photoshop or Gimp to do the actual skinning. Make sure you have the appropriate DDS plugins for whichever one you choose.
