HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I started modding just the other day. I've been using H2X to edit metas and then injecting them into DotHalo, However, When I go to save the modded map, It says "0 Changes made".

My question is, does injecting a meta count as one of these "Changes"?
If so, Where have I gone wrong?
