i recorded videos but when i look in the $s folder in the folder ending in the 000064, its a lot of 1.12 mega bytes each, and also when i transfer it to my comp, its not like a video file...

Yelo vidcap takes a bunch of screenshots, not an actual video. You could always just make it into an animated gif though.

You can make a video with yelo's vidcap.
I found a
tutorial of making videos with the pictures from yelo.

So i use the uber screen shot tool to get all the screen shots?

Use Yelo to take them, and then yes, UberScreenshot to grab them off your Xbox.
