Fly the Phantom?

so far i have successfully injected and flown the pelican
so i followed the same tut for pelican but injected a phamton instead and its there spinning around same as the pelican and i can flip it but cant get in.
my guesss is that the string ID's arnt the same.
so what should they be?

actually, i have (had) the same problem, so i stopped trying to inject the pelican and phantom. but i heard that you have to spawn the pelican/phantom on a machine (mach) so you go into the mach tag and spawn it there or something like that

im not sure, tho you should try it

That would only stop the Pelican and Phantom from spinning uncontrollably. Not make them drivable.

so if there a way to inject the phantom and get in?
i have already got the pelican in my map working fine but not the phantom
its there spinning (same as my pelican) but i cant get in it (but i can get in the pelican)

Ya there is a way I forgot how but I did it. I'll try to find the tut for you.

How to make a phantom Flyable
I am making a tutorial on this because a phantom is much harder to make flyable than a pelican and it confuses people. I've just figured it out, so here is a tutorial!
What you needz0r
~DoTHalo
~Insolence
~A map, with an injected phantom.
Go into insolence, and open your map with the phantom. Go to the vehi tag and find phantom. Now open its tag and switch to "dev mode" by clicking edit mode.
Now click on the unknown 11 reflexive, and switch "phantom_d" to "warthog_d"
Look down and you see two "phantom_driver" string ID's. Trust me on this 1, Change them BOTH to phantom_p
Ok, that is done (unless u want passenger seats)
Now go to plugin and switch to the XML plugin, and click on the seats reflexive.
Trust me on these, they work.
Change:
Fire Weapon (H) to True
Disable Seat? To False, if it is on True
Close Door (T) To True
Enable HUD to True
3rd Person View to True
Turret Fire (HW) to True
Driver Seat to True
Vehicle weapon enabled to True
Drive system enabled to True
~Also make sure the top thing says 5.) Driver and is the chunk 0.
Ok, were not done yet we have one thing to do. Close your map and open it up in dothalo. Now go to the vehi tag and find your phantom, and open the tag editor.
Now go way to the bottom of the tag editor, and find the thing that says Seats. Click the dropdown box, and select 0. Now under flags, Uncheck
"Disable Driving???"
You are now ready to fly your phantom! Fix encryption and FTP up to the box, Enjoy!

he HAS driven/flown it before he just cant get it to work for the pelican
