broken indexes

Sometimes when I tried to make viewable projectiles using entity, I get alot of broken index pop ups for the plasma rifle. Sometimes it causes errors that make me close entity. How can I make the plasma rifle have viewable projectiles using entity or how do I fix broken indexes? thanks
