is this possible?

i used the water bsp tool from detox to add water into my lockout. now is it possible to add fog underneath the water without having it spill above it?

yes it's possible you just have to make the fog only appear under where the z plane of the water is and then it'll only appear under. I don't know how to but that's probably the way.
