request: yelo trainer tut

can somone please provide a link for installing the yelo trainer properly (i am unframilar with this program and have heard of it recently). i have the trainer and the other things to apply it, but have no idea how to work this program. i would like to start expermwnting with the ai to see what i can do with it.thanks
