3ds max and Entity- Help With exporting obj's

I've been having some problems with 3DS max. I exported the battle rifle, moddled a new weapon, Unwrapped UV's, but when I export it and try to import it into entity, I get an error message. I need to know If there are special settings that i need to set when using the .OBJ Exporter dialoge box. Please help.
