When i open cordfinder or playerspawn it says this:
"Component 'comdlg32.ocx' or one of it's dependancys is not registered; A file is missing or invalid."
What do i do? Is there another program i can use?

How do you edit player spawns in entity?

Go to the sbsp tag and then hit the pluse in the top right. Then view bsp.

haloplugins.com For alpha, do the same thing, but when you get to the plus part go to the top right and change one of the options to raw editor(or something similer to that).

I did that but then it says i need mainmenu.map. Do i need to put halo on my diskdrive or something cause that sounds hard all i need to do is make it so i can go outside the map on sanctuary, i don't want my xbox all messed up.

Does ANYONE know whow to just fix this? I'd rather not have to get a new dash just to make a spawn mod!

google search 'comdlg32.ocx' and put it in the same folder as the program.

thank you SOOOO MUCH!
This is SO much easier than entity!

Uh no problem but really entity is easier to use becuase you actutally can move the spawns with your keyboard on a 3d view of the map while the player spawns you have to guess the z variable.

Ker-lollers. No, all you need to do is rip the mainmenu.map off of your Halo 2 game disc, and put it in the same folder as the maps you're editing with Entity. While you're at it, you should get single player shared.map and shared.map as well
