Help Xbox acting up

Okay guys so I started softmodding, I just finished up ftp'ing (which I have done many times), and went to coldboot my xbox, when the xbox started up and made a clicking sound repetatively, I waited to see if it would load the halo 2 disk and I got a "Your xbox needs help Call customer service" with a Number 7 in the top left corner. Does anyone have any idea what my problem is?
