installation help please

when i try to install the mapping programs from winrar it says failed to intalize (0xc0000135) wut doesthis mean?

redownload winrar is all I can think of

i reinstalled and it diddnt change nething

wait are you extracting the files and thats whats giving you the error or are you running the executible right from winRAR, becuase that is a NoNo, also make sure that you have the absoulute lastest version of WinRAR

even when i extract the files to my hdd i get the same error when i try to run the .exe

make sure you have the .NET framework

Make sure you have the newest .net framework. It can be found
here if you don't.
