Error Adding Chunks to Relic

Everytime I try to add chunks to Relics (dune.map) scnr tag, an error always pops up. This never happens to any other map. I used an unmodded backup of Relic to add the chunks to, I still get the error. If I ignor the error and try to play the map, it would freeze. I need to add chunks to Relic for this awsome mod I need to make. I've tried about everything, but nothing worked. If I can't add chunks to Relic, I would need to replace spawns and i just don't want to do that. I tried ading chunks in Entity Alpha 1, and the error didn't come up, but the map still froze. Can anyone help? Thanks.
