HOW DO YOU GET THE GOOF TAG TO WORK!?!?!?

I downloaded the goof tag off this site and put it in the plugins folder and I then patch my map with the serenity. Now when i open up the program and click on the goof tag it gives me that unhandled exception has occured message and the program must close. Then when i click the button "check ips" it comes up saying that there is no plugin for the tag goof.... Can someone tell me what the problem is? Thanks

The goof.ifp only works with Insolence.
