cant seem to make my own patches

ok my problem s when i go to use an app i. e. ppf studio ,serenity etc, to create my own patches for a map. a window pops up saying ''an unhandled excepiton as occoredin your application''. the error message underneath that is ''unable to read beyond the end of the stream. it also talks about about enableing JITdebugging. where do i find JIT debugger on my computer and how do i activate it or download it. or is there another way of fixing this?

well im using an updated .net and is still giving me the error message that an end of stream exception has occored. im still getting the same error. can you please give me some ovter sugesstions?

i found out that you need both .NET 1.1 and .NET 2.0 installed and running at the same time to run some apps... (i have no idea why... bad programming on MS's part not making 2.0 completly backwards compadible with 1.1)
so you might need both versions installed.

That happens to me only with super ppf, and I have both of the frameworks. idk why it happens to me, theres some .NET settings in adminstrative tools under control panel, you may want to take a look at those if it still happpens after installing the.NETs. btw does super ppf use 2.0 or 1.1?

i have bolth .nets installed and i changed the security settings to trust these the apps. but i still cannot seem to make one even with newer versions of ppf studio and serenity
. the error still says end of stream exception when i read the details of why the app has to close. can i get some other suggestions please?
