1: Is it possible to mod original halo 2 maps and campaign maps without hardmods. If so, how?

2: I did Thirst's turf mod and it says I failed to load the map... How do I fix this.

3: I need an indepth tutorial on how to get screen cap to work. plz, where can I find one???

4: Is there a good Entity tutorial I can get????

1. yes you actually can! The term "hardmodding" only refers to having a mod chip, and doesnt affect you modding in any way. so what i'm saying is you can mod any map by softmodding. to mod old maps though, you must get halo 2 to your harddrive. there is a tut on that right Here.

2.I sometimes have the same problem. Make sure you fix the encryption. other then that, i cannot help you.

3. I know you need a certain program, but i would not know that.

4. check the halo 2 tut thread at the top of this board. there should be a good tut there.

if your playing turf via dlc which is a no no you need to resign the map or you can add it to the main menu which you don't have the resign it.
