HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

How would I be able to make Halo 2 apps. The basics, what programs would I need and what do i need to get started. I know I wouldn't be able to make an app like Entit or anything, but something small. Thanks.

I don't know the basics, but I do know you need to have a lot of programming experience and know how to work in the .NET Framework. If I were you, I'd just Google for info on the Framework and look into some C++ tutorials.

Thanks, I'll check them out once I have time. I'm hoping on making an extreamly noob friendly basik program for really noob Halo 2 modders called NoobEdit or Halo2 NE. Which one's better? Anyways, thanks. If you have any more tuts or advice, just post it here. Thanks!

Edit: What's the difference between VB and C#
is one better than the other or something, or is it just the same, doesn't matter. I want to know befoe I download one or the other. Thanks.

Thanks you LuxuriousMeat for the link to the tut, I am downloading VB and using the tut i downloaded from the link you suppoerted. I can't wait to make my firts app; I still don't know weather to call it NoobEdit or Halo2 NE, but you'll see when i'm done.
